After an event-FULL holiday week, I was ready for a simple bowl of oats for breakfast. No more huge brunches please : )
- 1 cup H20
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 apple
- walnuts
- cinnamon & honey
- splash of low-fat milk
