Going Going Gone

Just like that… the week is going, going and then gone. Somehow today is already Friday of Labor Day Weekend 2010 – what!? Where did September come from? I’m not complaining though, because I am really looking forward to my weekend in Sonoma County wining and dining with the ladies in my family. It all starts tonight by celebrating my grandma’s birthday at Kenwood Restaurant, then tomorrow we’re hitting The City, and Sunday the vineyards! I’m looking forward to this mini vacation away from the stress of my seventh semester; plus I am uber excited to see all my family that’s travelling from near and far for our girlie weekend : )

I still have to attend 2 classes today, and turn in my internship paperwork before I can hit the open road. Speaking of my summer internship… my time with College Lifestyles has come to end. Though I may be a busy bee with school in session again, I have been keeping my marathon training page up-to-date. If you’re interested, you can keep track of my craziness ; ) I might squeeze in a workout today before leaving town – just so I can make it 14 days in a row of exercise [I’m nutty!] – but I’m not counting on fitting in much, or any, training this weekend. By body’s ready for a little rest.
