My best friend makes the very best Honey Vanilla Glazed Pecans. I just get hungry thinking about them.

Peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are my favorite nutty recipe. It is nutty from the nut butter, and the oats. I call them trifecta cookies.

I am also rather obsessed with a big spoon of almond butter with chocolate chips sprinkled on top. Not so much a recipe, but I’m a rule bender.

This morning I made “almond joy” oatmeal:
-1/3 cup oats
-2/3 cup milk
-scoop chocolate protein powder
-1 teaspoon almond butter
-1 teaspoon coconut butter
-about 10 crushed almonds
-shredded coconut
-agave (if you want it sweeter)

Microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds.

It was nutty and delicious :)

Really? How do I chose one recipe? All together, I’d say peanut butter is my favorite thing, so probably a pb banana shake or something to that combo… you know like banana pb toast, pancakes, wraps… second would probably be banana walnut pancakes!
