It’s the final Friday of the Fall semester and my final 9:00am physiology lecture was cancelled.
That’s one very pretty sentence right there.
Well, what does that mean?
1. I woke-up 3 hours later than normal without an alarm.
2. I made a bowl of whipped banana steel cut oats topped with macadamia nut butter & coconut – such a treat!
3. After a bit of blog reading, I did 20-minutes of much-needed yoga in my pajamas via these 2 videos:
4. Now I’m sipping a strong cup of iced coffee and mentally preparing myself for the intense weekend of finals studying ahead.

You’ve heard me say too many times that I need more yoga in my life, but I rarely ever do it. One main reason is that it’s expensive. Why hasn’t someone screamed at me, “Earth to Hillary…there are a million and one free yoga videos online!” So stoked. I think I might even do another stretch sesh this afternoon [after my final class of the semester and Holiday Hustle Challenge workout]!
