Vitamin D Therapy

by Hillary on April 2, 2011

The weather forecast did not disappoint this weekend. I got my daily dose of Vitamin D via the 70* sunshine today while going for a leisurely hike in Upper Park.

Exercise is my preferred form of “therapy” – but I ditched the gym the past two days – and, instead, took advantage of the stellar spring weather to clear my head. I’m a believer of Vitamin D therapy :)

It’s amazing how just getting some rays improves my mood. I am so excited for long spring and summer runs.
