I had an unexpected play date with
someone something today. Guess who… my camera! A pleasant surprise to me, and maybe to you, too. Sometimes the simplest thing – like a new colorful dish towel – will spark inspiration.
After breakfast + showering, I headed to TJ’s per my Sunday schedule.

After playing with my camera the majority of the morning, folding laundry, yada yada… it was time to get my move on.
My intended 1 hour of cardio turned into an easy 5K [24:30] on the ‘mill + a little kettlebell ab action before my third hour of yoga for the week. I thought about doing another 5K after yoga, but, honestly, I was hungry. Delicious dinner > repetitious run. I’m not sweatin’ it though [pun intended!].
I don’t exactly eat your typical college diet ;)
baked wild salmon + HumCo basil pesto + chevre atop organic mixed greens, spinach, and chilled lentils
I devoured my protein-packed plate until there wasn’t a lone lentil left. Being a member of the Clean Plate Club tonight, there is only one proper thing to do… hello, chocolate coconut “ice cream” in the freezer!
Time to catch up with my mama on the phone…
