I hate it when I see runspiration on my rest days because I always want to get out there and pound the pavement, even after a 60 mile week… Oh well, I’ll have to use this as motivation for tomorrow :)

Ran this morning! It was super cloudy when I went out and started raining just after I came home…phew!

This is perfect for me. I’ve been seriously struggling since my marathon with finding any motivation to run… I need to get back in it. Tomorrow morning I’m tackling 5 miles with my Major and Master Sergeant. Should be tough!

I’m in the Army National Guard and these two weeks I have training everyday. They know that I ran a marathon so think that I can keep up with them tomorrow… should be ugly and interesting :)

I did get in a 7 miler on Tuesday morning. What great pictures. I especially like the my gym shoes have more miles than your car. It’s great!

My best friend and I ran 5 miles today :) it FLEW by because we talke the whole time :) gotta love running with a buddy. I hope you are all healed up and back out there doing what you love!
