    I hate it when I see runspiration on my rest days because I always want to get out there and pound the pavement, even after a 60 mile week… Oh well, I’ll have to use this as motivation for tomorrow :)

    This is perfect for me. I’ve been seriously struggling since my marathon with finding any motivation to run… I need to get back in it. Tomorrow morning I’m tackling 5 miles with my Major and Master Sergeant. Should be tough!

    My best friend and I ran 5 miles today :) it FLEW by because we talke the whole time :) gotta love running with a buddy. I hope you are all healed up and back out there doing what you love!
