During the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, I was also amidst the hustle of moving the past three and a half years of my life into a new pad.
I didn’t move far – just around the block in fact – but it’s still a change… and a good one for that matter.
There’s nothing like a fresh, new space to start off a new year.
As a college graduate for six plus months, I was screaming to get out my stale college apartment and create a new abode that matched my current stage of life.
The decorating has barely just begun; there are still picture frames to be filled and mirrors to be hung. I’m looking forward to warming up the place when my new roommate moves in, but until then, here is a sneak peak of my new abode.
Cutie Katelyn requested a photo of my new Tiffany blue bed. I’ve got a big crush on my new spread.
Side Note: I have finally graduated to a “big girl” bed (a.k.a. twin to QUEEN). It’s about time, no? I’m only 23! ;)

Love it! My favorite places are Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and TJ Maxx/Marshalls/Home Goods.
Looks great so far! I moved into my own place (no roommates!) this past August and so far love it. It does get lonely sometimes, but I loved being able to decorate myself. It was the first time I finally upgraded from a twin to a queen and it is like sleeping in a cloud. Can’t wait to see more :)

I can totally relate! I just moved into a new apartment after 4+ years of living on campus and transitioning home. I got a memory foam full bed! It’s awesome! HomeGoods is an awesome place to get affordable decorations and gadgets for the home. Be careful, it can get dangerous! ;-)
