Writing that one on a post it for my bathroom mirror!
This is so cute :) You have a good Monday too!
Roomie bonding is my favorite :) I hope your Monday is fabulous and keep healing so you can get your run onnnnn!
Love this! I can always use a reminder on Mondays to stay POSITIVE! :-)
I just read that CrossFit article — ohmigosh, yes!! This is so true about any intense exercise (for me it’s swimming, for her it was CrossFit). Some days a slow, easy workout is what’s called for, but most of the time — push it! The intense workouts just get me out of my head, in the best possible sense. Thanks for the link!
The white bean soup sounds yummy. How was it? I heart coconut oil and congrats on the 10 miles!
The soup was good and so so simple to make – the parm and pinenuts are a must!
I’ve never tried coconut oil conditioner. Does it make your hair greasy at all?
I don’t put the oil in all of my hair – just my ponytail. After I let it sit in a bun (to avoid getting the oil elsewhere), I shampoo my hair thoroughly… maybe I’ll right a how-to post on this. Let me know if you try it :)
