My crush on kettlebells began at the WREC way back when in early 2011 when I had a crush on the kid that taught the kettlebell classes. That kid, who I nicknamed the “Kettlebell King”, is now my boyfriend.

If I were to only have one piece of equipment to workout with, it would, without a doubt, be a kettlebell. You can get a full-body workout with just one bell in a very short amount of time.
