craving sweet potato quinoa patties.

shopping for ALL the island apparel.

sneaking some white meat {chicken + turkey}.

pressing the snooze button every.single.morning.

listening to Love Me Again {John Newman} and Cop Car {Keith Urban}.

drooling over muffins, all muffins — it’s National Muffin Day!

feeling unmotivated.

enjoying quick FitSugar workouts.

I’m really loving Cop Car, too! It’s different and catchy. Sorry you’re feeling unmotivated. I was doing really good this week until today and now I’m dragging a little. I think it’s because I know I have a long day ahead of me!

I’ve been listening to so much Ed Sheeran lately!! Even when I’m running which is weird because I usually like faster music. But I just can’t get enough!

I need the sugar detox. It’s become too regular in my diet. I need to eat more real food instead of picking up the goodies. I love planks. They really do work!
