Thursday – 20 min. cycle + 400 Heavy Rep Workout
Friday – 3.1 mile run + sandbag circuit @ 35lb. (3x)
- 10 sumo squat high pulls
- 10 rows
- 10 shredders
- 10 deadlifts
- 10 lunges
- 10 back squats
Saturday – 8.5 mile (!!) run
Sunday – 60 min. easy hike/walk + 20 min. slow jog
