Hello! I haven’t put up a Tuesday Tidbits post in sometime. I started these 10-point posts in 2013; so, while it may not seem like the most original creation seen here, I hope you enjoy these random tidbits from my world, from time to time.
1 // Traveling: I have a one-way ticket to Paris. So does my mama. We have yet to purchase our return tickets, but our tentative plan is to depart from Rome after two weeks of exploring Europe this September. #pinchme
2 // Training: I’m running a marathon relay with two of my girlfriends this weekend. The weather forecast is rain and I’ve hardly trained. I am running the shortest leg (approximately 7 miles), but I can use all of the positive race vibes I can get.
3 // Coaching: It’s Health Coach Week! I am very proud to be an IIN graduate and I absolutely love working with my clients. If you’re interested in the IIN Health Coach certificate program, you can take a free Guided Tour of the IIN Student Experience this Thursday.
4 // Eating: a gluten-free “diet.” It’s no diet by any means, but for the past few weeks I’ve let go of gluten in hopes of a happier GI tract. So far, no major pains… or gains.
5 // Watching: The Bachelor. I laugh at the stupidity of it, but seeing that it is the only show I watch (two seasons per year), I give in to my guilty pleasure on Monday nights.
7 // Anticipating: a blog design overhaul next month!
8 // Reading: another wise post from Miss Robyn // No More Absolutes
9 // Listening: to Amos Lee, Norah Jones, and other soothing tunes on my car radio. It’s a calming switch from the usual country.
10 // Focusing: on these courageous words.
