Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

  • 2 very ripe mashed bananas
  • 1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 T ground flax
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • cinnamon & salt
  • 3 T vegetable oil
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 egg

Mix. Griddle. Top with Walnuts & Real Maple Syrup. Mouth.
