I can’t seem to get enough of Dr. Praeger’s All-Natural Veggie Burgers. They are without a doubt the best vegetarian burgers I have ever had! They are loaded with whole pieces of vegetables and do not taste like cardboard. I grilled my 3rd one in a bit of olive oil and sandwiched it between a fresh sourdough English muffin.
On the side: crunchy red & yellow bell pepper + 1 carrot in a bath of TJ’s Parmesan Ranch [Disclosure: I did not eat all the dressing.]
This meal is an example of just how easy it is to incorporate color into a simple, (almost) no-cook dinner. For me, eating healthy, colorful food makes me feel good, energized and alive.

Hi Hillary thanks for the comment.
I have to say that burger looks so good and so colourful. I agree colourful meals make me feel good too.
nom nom!!!!! are those veggie burgers better than morningstar? thats the only kind ive tried!
Couldn’t agree more. Colorful food is typically healthy food. (As long as it’s not M&Ms or Skittles, haha.)
hahaha the ranch dressing tid bit made me giggle. :)
are those burgers from TJ’s?
