Nutrition Nut on the Run Version 2.0!
Yes, after an entire month of testing my patience with the pain-staking process of transferring my blog to a self hosted-site and uploading an advanced theme, I’ve finally decided to open the curtains and get this show on the road. What you’re looking at is not what I envisioned for the “opening night”, but I did not know how to do the things I needed to do behind the set. I hope you all will bare with me as you will probably witness some slight costume alterations until the director is content with the entire production. If you noticed, I don’t even have a header! I tell ya, this isn’t easy.
You could really help me out by leaving a comment below letting me know that you’re able to see the show from your seat. I am currently without anything to inform me of my traffic statistics, so your “verbal” input would be appreciated : )

Anyway…my chem lab didn’t meet today [thanks, economy], so that meant zip…zero…nada school for moi.
First on the to-do list [after eating a bowl of oats & blog reading – duh]: replenishing my refrigerator. Amongst the items in my cart today:
Organic 1% Milk
32 oz. 0% Greek Yogurt
Organic Free-Range Eggs
The rest of my afternoon included online statistics assignments and fiddling with the blog. Midway through the frustration, I comforted myself with a warm homemade decaf misto topped with cinnamon and raw sugar.
I finally got off my behind blank hours later and headed to The Resort. I was hoping exercise endorphins would transform the gloomy grey skies to blue, but alas…I came home with the rain. One of those days.
Does exercise always result in an endorphin “high” for you?
My moves didn’t do the trick today:
20-minute treadmill run [2.3 mi.]
10-minute spin [3.5 mi.]
indoor track run [1.2 mi.]
indoor track walk [0.8 mi]
Stay tuned…more nutty eats and exercises at Nutrition Nut 2.0 coming soon!
