After dominating my race this morning, I proceeded to dominate my kitchen the remainder of the day. It had nothing on me! My banana peach waffle and latte held me over quite nicely. Then the clock struck 3:00pm and the carbs were called out of their cupboards. They proceeded to make themselves easily accessible all evening long. Finally, I gave in to the lone veggies in the fridge for “dinner”/snack #22.
Mixed Greens + Roasted Beets [salt, pepper, olive oil], Raw sunflower Seeds, shredded carrot, Red Onion and Balsamic
Pretty, but not the tastiest salad I’ve ever made.

Still waiting on the official race results to appear online. Until then, I’m going to go continue being absolutely useless. [There are a couple negative things about going the distance.] Tomorrow will be devoted to studying for my Human Nutrition exam… after I sleep IN!
