I love this! So important. I went for a nice run this morning, followed by some good, quality STRETCHING! I hardly ever take the time to really stretch (although I should). It was a pleasant present to myself :) Happy Valentines Day!

I did a 10 minute cardio workout before heading out to lunch with my Grammy. I’m enjoying some dark chocolate and wine at the moment. :-)
I showed love to my body by starting the day with a fabulous, healthy breakfast: Chobani & homemade granola. Yum! :) Happy Valentine’s Day!
