Sounds like a killer workout!
I’m struggling with some back issues at the moment, so my workouts are kind of on hiatus but I kept active by going for a long (5 or 6 miles?) walk in the GORGEOUS sunny weather. You got to do what you can!
wow! I think I’ve created a monster! a good, strong, amazing monster ;) no wonder the stranger guy came up to you at the gym and asked if you were a trainer, or in the Army ;) Keep up the good work – and stay strong, inside and out! love you!

Ran from library to library, from study session to session and then took a final! Gotta love finals week!

Great checklist — would love it as a little magnet for the fridge! Something I try my best to do every day :) Yesterday I did bike + weights, something that made me super happy since I neglected to do any weight training last week…
