Happy Workout Wednesday!
I’ve been having a lot of fun with Miss Mac. Lots to figure out still, but exploring my new territory is half the fun!
Anyway, I’ve got one awesome workout to share with you today — no equipment needed! I made this torturous circuit up on Sunday. This wasn’t the only component of my workout – because I’m nuts like that – but it, alone, will certainly leave ya with a sweaty glow in less than 30 minutes.
2 exercises (1 really). 2 sets. 80 burpees total. #eatcleansweatdirty
I am addicted to burpees, as silly as that is. The burpee burn is the best.
