Good morning lovelies!
I thought with Valentine’s Day around the corner, we could give our muscles a little love with a heart-pumping workout… it is Workout Wednesday, after all. Inspired by my crush on CrossFit, I give to you the Love Your Bod WOD.
- Lunges – walking (alternating legs), or jumping lunges if you want the extra burn
- Sumo Squats – may do with or without added weight
If you do the workout (any given day or time), leave your completed WOD time in a comment below… just like we would write on the whiteboard at a box.
