Uh oh, I skipped a week without an official meal plan! My weekly meal planning was thrown off from being away from home/traveling last weekend. Excuses excuses… but I’m back this week with a “meal plan”. It’s not impressive in the slightest, but hopefully it will keep the cereal dinners to a minimum. I’ve yet to make the Kale & Sweet Potato Brown Rice Bowl, so I’m hoping that will happen some night this week.
Tonight’s dinner will be green, green, and more green. No corned beef and cabbage for me.
