Today’s stack didn’t turn out very pretty, but they never disappoint with their taste.
Weekly meal planning… and a measly plan at that.
A solo, sunny Sunday Run-day in the park
and through campus. So grateful for a 4-mile run with nearly no knee pain.
Post-run stretching, a must.
Coconut oil hair treatment and trail mix prep.
Lunch: greens and iced green tea.
A splash of balsamic vinegar gave it a kick, but
my easy apple dijon vinaigrette was missed.
Dinner: gluten-free pasta / pesto / broccoli / peas / sundried tomatoes / romano.
No corned beef and cabbage for me.
