What’s making you happy this week?
I second you on loving the cooler weather :) The prospect of making pumpkin foods is on my list too – I have a can that has been waiting for me! I’ve been putting it off, but I think mid-September is perfect.
are you living anxiety free bc of something different you’ve done? new change? i’d love to hear more about that :)
I’ve been seeing an acupuncturist. Though, I think the most relief came from the Chinese herbs he prescribed; it was like night and day after the very short 9-day dose.
Crisp, fall temps! And in-season apples :)
I’m so happy for all of the pain free runs. Sometimes when you get back an MRI with no diagnosis, your whole anxiety/feelings subside and you start to feel better. Stress does some crazy things, but knowing something isn’t SERIOUSLY wrong probably allowed your body to relax! :D
I like your perspective — couldn’t agree more :)
Making me happy this week is beautiful weather, runs, great food, & Ryder!
Good health, beautiful weather, and delicious meals make me a happy girl!
That app is amazing!! Love Target!
Ooh I just got the Target Cartwheel app, too! Love it! I also just picked up my first can of pumpkin last weekend and it’s already gone! Good thing I got two :-)
You had to go and tell me about that Target app, didn’t you? Yet another reason to shop there, sigh. ;)
Those paleo pumpkin muffins sound amazing!
My boyfriend dropped my bag and smashed my fave perfume last night! Maybe I should hit up Costco!
Aw, shucks!
