Please pardon me for posting my New York adventures out of order. We are starting with Saturday’s main event — the wedding/motive for said trip to the opposite side of the country.
I’ll let the photos do most of the talking, but I will say a few things: The Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline make the most picturesque background… then add a flaming sunset, pumpkin lobster ravioli, a Michelin star meal, and my family cutting a rug on the dance floor. Indescribably perfect — quirky meets elegant and makes a completely romantic celebration of marriage.
Congrats, Clay & Jen! #jonesconfirmed
Beautiful wedding! I agree, that backdrop could not be better.
Aww…looks beautiful! I love weddings. <3
I <3 NY. Your pictures are gorgeous! They make me want to take a trip over to the Big Apple as soon as possible.
That wedding looked absolutely beautiful, I loved the bride's dress! Oh, and last thought… pumpkin lobster ravioli!? Please tell me I can find that somewhere around me. YUM!
The ravioli – one of the passed appetizers – were to die for! …and they were bathed in REAL butter.
Beautiful photos! I love the bride’s dress.
Aw, what a beautiful wedding! I love her dress and you looked so pretty, too.
I can’t wait to see more of your trip. New York is gorgeous!
Such a gorgeous wedding!! I LOVE her dress!! So pretty and perfect for the setting :)
Beautiful! The night pictures are amazing. It looks like you guys had a blast, and I love her wedding gown!
Looks like a beautiful wedding. Your dress was so pretty – love the sleeves!
Love it! Looking out on Manhattan from Brooklyn is one of my favorite views :)
What a beautiful wedding! Those views are just gorgeous. It looks like you had a great time.
What a beautiful wedding – looks like it was a great time! I love that the building I used to live in in Lower Manhattan is in one of your pictures – kind of makes me homesick. The Manhattan skyline is unlike anything else! Hope you loved the cake from Tu-Lu’s – one of my favorite bakeries!
The cakes were delicious!
Great photos of beautiful people and gorgeous scenery. Heard you were quite the dancer! Any photos of that?
