This house.
Our jaws dropped to the floor when we opened the dark wood double doors – decorated with a lion head brass door knocker – to the inside of this island abode.
Was this really all ours for the next week!?
The huge lenai, the perfectly cut green lawn, the swaying palms, the hammock of your dreams, and the priceless view — Hawaii living at its finest.
While we did explore Kauai throughout the week, some days it was hard to leave the back “porch.” Baby Beach was 100 feet away; the guys could happily snorkel (and spear fish) within view of the curious adults keeping an eye out from the lenai; frisbies and footballs had all the freedom to fly.
Super Oats and Starbucks iced coffee become a ritual breakfast every morning, enjoyed outside — with bare feet and banana boxers.
The picturesque sunsets were not to be missed every evening over the crashing waves, nor were the daily rainbows.

This house set the foundation for a fabulous family vacation.
Aaaabsolutely stunning. Everything in Hawaii is just ultimate perfection, isn’t it though? :)
So way beyond jealous!
Amazing!! I would love to go to Hawaii someday.
Oh my goodness…it’s absolutely gorgeous!
This is absolutely beautiful. Boy, do I need a vacation!
Gorgeous! I think a house is the way to go when on vacation. That or condos with kitchens work best for us!
What a gorgeous view. Isn’t it more affordable to rent a house than stay at a big hotel? Just wondering for next time I visit.
I suppose it depends what sort of house you rent, but my guess would be that it would be more affordable.
How totally awesome! I’m so glad you all were able to spend such a special time together in such a beautiful location! Perfect! Love you all!
Just repeating what everyone else has already said, but what a gorgeous house! Must have been pretty magical to stay there. I would never want to leave!
Super green with envy!! Such breathtaking views!
So beautiful! What peace and tranquility! :)
