September was satisfying. It’s the last day of the month, and my heart is feeling full. My head, too, but what’s new there!
<< September 2014 >>
The month started off with a lovely Labor Day weekend, full of family. We celebrated Grandma’s birthday with all the sweet treats and met the newest and cutest addition to our extended family.
Two UH-mazing outdoor concerts: Blake Shelton with my gals + Jason Aldean with my beau
I started seeing paying Health Coaching clients and launched the Nutrition Nut email newsletter.
I found myself at the downtown farmer’s market every Saturday morning and shared a Creamy Coconut Figgy Green Smoothie with y’all.
P put me through a killer Barbell Complex at the WREC, and I ran often.
There were more Feel Good Fridays than one.
Here’s to hoping October is fulfilling, festive, and fun…!

How did you and September get along?

I love that quote. Saved it :) And I love how you put this together! September was good – lots of new changes though, which made it hard at times, but I’m so proud of myself for pushing through and getting over the hurdles.
I love that quote – live in the moment. How true is it that living in memories ruins the current. I do love a good day dream though :) I love how short and sweet this recap was, but it had all the essentials! Happy October :)
Congrats on starting to see your first paying Health Coaching clients! Eeek, so exciting!! Looking forward to your newsletters as well :) xo
Looks like you had a fantastic September! That is so exciting that your health coaching business is launching. I’ve looked into IIN before and continue to go back and forth as to whether or not to do it. I definitely don’t think I would regret it.
Let me know if you seriously consider and I can give you my IIN ambassador tuition discount!
Thanks for your positivity! :) It’s funny how hearing someone else talk about about what they are grateful for makes you immediately start thinking about your gratitude. Good luck with coaching!
And I loved the quote, too!
