Love your day in the life post! Would love to see more of these! How did you make your vanilla bean cashew butter? Do you have a Vitamix? Do you have any links on your blog that talks about your job or what you currently do at work? I was curious because I thought you did something with nutrition and was wondering what that entailed. I love the nutrition realm and sometimes think about going back and changing my degree. Thanks!

I make the cashew butter with a food processor – sadly, I don’t have a Vitamix. Someday I plan to post a recipe… when I perfect it!
I don’t believe I have any very detailed blog posts about my full-time corporate wellness job. My college degree is in Food & Nutrition Communication, and I will have my Holistic Health Coach certificate from IIN in December.
