Hey, friends! Seeing as today is St. Patrick’s Day, it’s all about the green recipes.
Since spring is in the air in Northern California (80F tomorrow), smoothies are on the horizon. Rarely do I make a smoothie without greens, as it is an easy way to get in an extra serving or two of anti-inflammatory phytonutrients.
Here are five of my favorite green smoothie recipes – all are vegan, gluten free… and slurp-worthy!
