Insert freak out: I am going to Europe in T-19 days. This mother-daughter vacation has been a laborious planning effort (thank you, mother dearest for doing 75 percent of the work), and I cannot believe we will be jet-setting across the Atlantic this month. I know it will be the trip of a lifetime. My mom and I have been planning and packing all spring and summer (I definitely get my Type A personality from her); one of the first items I purchased for our expedition was a light travel backpack (obsessed with this Lulu pack) to carry necessities (i.e. camera, healthy snacks, a foldable (BPA-free) water bottle, SPF, and the like).
I also stuck a small stack of Always Xtra Protection Liners in a secret pocket of my backpack. It was recommended to us to bring our go-to toiletries and “over-the-counters” in case we aren’t able to find our preferred care items overseas. I certainly don’t want my period to get in the way of our adventures, so I packed Always Liners in my bag because I am confident in their superior protection so I can feel shower fresh even during the longest of travel days – sightseeing in Paris, eating our way through the outdoor markets of Provence, hiking the Swiss Alps, and absorbing my Swedish roots in Stockholm.
