Maca Hemp Energy Bites

A sweet snack you can take with you on the go. Naturally sweet dates combined with protein-rich cashews, energizing maca powder, and omega-heavy hemp seeds -- take a bite of health!
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 Tbsp. maca powder
  • hemp seeds for rolling, approx. ⅓ cup
  1. Blend dates, cashews, and maca powder in food processor until combined (and cashews are ground into tiny pieces).
  2. Roll sticky date "dough" by the tablespoon into round balls.
  3. Roll balls in hemp seeds.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
