You will learn to honor your cravings and your body; you will discover ways to fuel your body that make you feel energized, balanced, and comfortable in your own skin.
My approach is not one of calorie counting or rewriting lists of foods to ristrict; rather, I will support you in trusting your body’s innate instinct to nourish itself in a way that is enjoyable, health-enhancing, and satisfying.
