Hey there & happy Monday! Hope your week is off to a great start. I realize it’s already July 10th (slow down there, Summer!), but I want to backtrack to share a few favorites from June. Summer has sure been treating me well; it’s honestly been one of the best summers that I can remember, and it’s just getting started.
Without further ado, here are a few June favorites…
Lululemon Cut Back Crop Tank [currently on sale in select sizes] | Guys, I have been living in this tank all summer. I originally bought it in white and grey and then had to get it in black and navy too. So now that I have it in all four colors, I’m wearing it on the regular (usually paired with my absolute favorite High Waist Speed Short).
Kauai Vacation | Perhaps why June was such a stellar month was because I spent the first 10 days of the month on the lush island of Kauai with my family. Snorkeling with turtles, hiking the Napali Coast, sipping fresh coconut water, driving around the island chasing rainbows, listening to Iz — take me back to Paradise!
PopSugar Must Have Box | The cute and practical Aloha Coco Palms splash-proof pouch and sea salt hair spray had me instantly dreaming of Kauai. I’ll definitely be packing these two items for upcoming summer adventures.
Disclosure: I received a complimentary June Must Have Box. This is not sponsored and, as always, opinions are always my own.
Henna | Every summer I’ve gotta get a temporary henna tattoo from Henna Trails. I decided to do a “trust your artist” design a couple of weeks ago and loved how it turned out. Since the dye only last 7-10 days, I’m already itching to get another.
More Favorites
Round Tortoise Sunglasses |I accidentally said good-bye to my beloved Ray-ban aviators, but these $12 Target shades have been a welcome change in style and are suitable for afternoons at the river or SUP-ing on the lake.
MindBodyGreen Emails | I’ve been reading MBG for quite some time, but not until recently did I start receiving their daily emails. There’s usually at least one article that jumps out at me each day (i.e. How Long Does It Actually Take to Heal Your Gut).
Cosmedix Serum 16 | Ever since my dermatologist recommended I use a product with retinol, I’ve been using Rapid Renewal Serum most every night and I feel like it’s improved the tone and texture of my skin, as well as kept most breakouts at bay. Now that I am 28, I am riding the wrinkle prevention train from here on out.
So June was uh-mazing, period. Seeing that July is panning out to be just as wonderful, I’ll be back at the end of month with more summer favorites.
