We stopped at the muffins.

I do eat savory food.
Once in a while.
When I’m not eating bowls of Love Grown granola and almond milk for dinner.
Sorry, I’m not sorry. Cooking hot food when it’s 100F doesn’t appeal to me all that much.
Since I was mixing up a mess in the kitchen already yesterday, I figured I’d make a “real meal” for the dinner hour.
I had just enough zucchini leftover from the muffins to make one of my favorite summer pasta dishes.
Pretty, huh?
You don’t need to be an experienced chef to make this either.
Can you boil water and handle a knife?
